Job Description:
We have a fantastic, high-impact senior leadership opportunity for a medically qualified doctor with substantial experience in improving the healthcare that customers receive. This is a brand-new position in AXA Health’s Commercial team. You’ll be responsible for cost, quality, and outcome effectiveness of the journeys our customers take in accessing healthcare, and end to end quality and value of healthcare in condition areas. The role is hands-on, leading a specific team to drive, not just advise, the improvement of the quality and value of the healthcare our customers receive.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
