Head of Healthcare
HMP Woodhill
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Healthcare to lead and advance our healthcare services at HMP Woodhill.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, responsive healthcare services across HMP Woodhill.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and financial governance frameworks.
• Manage the annual revenue budget and ensure performance, quality, and integration in all aspects of healthcare delivery, including sub-contracted services.

• The post holder will have responsibility for the management and delivery of health services within HMP Woodhill.
• The post holder will work with the Deputy Director and HJS Service Directors to ensure that the strategic direction as defined within the service is effectively implemented at operational level.
• To lead change management in the implementation of service development strategies.
• The post holder will direct, monitor and co-ordinate the work of the healthcare team and be responsible for the delivery, performance and effectiveness of the service.
• Through inspirational leadership, the post holder will lead in the development of future plans, standards and systems for secure settings health services
