Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional healthcare technology support function
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency, productivity and service performance
• Transform working practices towards a structured, proactive and best-practice operating model
• Improve cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing and escalation processes
• Establish performance measures and service standards to drive continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with strategic healthcare customers and act as a senior escalation point
• Engage with CIOs, technology leaders and senior healthcare stakeholders
• Partner with regional leadership on strategy, resource planning and operational decisions
• Collaborate across technical, product and professional services teams
• Develop future leaders and drive positive organisational and cultural change
• Recommend improvements to team structures, processes and operating models
• Travel periodically across the Middle East for customer and stakeholder engagement
