This position is onsite at our Mezcal Vago location in Oaxaca, Mexico. The schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. For events and customer/visitor service, the time of arrival and departure is adjusted according to the agenda and needs. What the Role Is The Head of Hospitality and On-Trade Development is responsible for leading on-trade brand execution in Oaxaca state, hospitality operations and visitor center management, and serving as a key driver of customer experience, brand presence, and commercial growth for Mezcal Vago. The Head of Hospitality will support and assist the Commerical Manager in all aspects of providing excellent hospitality. The position is a brand ambassador, focused on attracting customers, according to the business plan and generating extraordinary experiences.  How You Will Spend Your Time? On-Trade Management and Development * Provide support in the attention to the MX client portfolio for the Oaxaca state or other areas, according to the commercial strategies. * Lead on-trade account management and development within Oaxaca state, ensuring consistent brand presence, training and activation aligned with commercial strategy * Support new product listings and menu placements through education, relationship management and experiential programming. * Prospect potential clients and coordinate their attention with the commercial manager. * Represent the brand to customers and guests and in events in the state of Oaxaca and other markets within the national territory according to the indications of the CM. * Establish strategies to maintain a good communication channel with customers. * Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with clients relevant to the development of the activities in charge. * Coordinate and execute on-trade brand trainings, tastings and activations in collaboration with key accounts. * Serve as a key field partner to the Commercial Manager, translating commercial objectives into on-trade execution Visitor Center Management * Responsible for the operation and management of the Oaxaca and Yegole visitor centers, as well as their daily maintenance and the reporting and supervision of background maintenance for their correct and efficient operation. * Coordinate and execute visits and/or tastings to the brand's visitor centers and distilleries, including annual visits by corporate and the annual celebration of Mezcal Vago MX. * Responsible for the bar showcase inventory. * Elaborate budget and annual execution plan for the area in charge. * Maintain updated records relevant to their responsibilities. * Manage the bar program at the visitor centers, according to the plan established by the commercial manager. Other * Provides support and assists in all necessary to the Commercial Management. * Provide support to the company in activities other than those described above when required. * Solidarity and constant cooperation in all directions. Who You Are… ACADEMIC BACKGROUND * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Gastronomy, Administration or related field.
