OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Housekeeper to join our team in a friendly residential home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading a team and a keen eye for detial.
As the Head Housekeeper, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff, overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience essential
• Previous janitorial experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  Pay: £12.83-£13.00 per hour

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and communal areas.
• Train new staff members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and expectations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Order the cleaning equipment/stock
• Address resident/relative concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance.
