ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Pure Leisure Group is an established family business which has for many years now been a market leader in leisure and holidays in the U.K. The Company owns and operates holiday parks throughout the North West, Wales, Yorkshire, and East Anglia.
We are looking for a Head of Housekeeping / Receptionist to join our busy holiday park based at South Lakeland Leisure Village, Carnforth.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Day to day management of the park housekeeping teams and third party contractors, to provide the best holiday experience for our guests
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with owners and holiday guests, from check in to departure, assisting with front of house checking in / out of our guests, creating great holiday memories for families.
  • Supporting the Park Manager with their day to day management of the park
  • Adhering to all Company administration and cash handling procedures
  • Participate in head of department meetings
  • Dealing with enquiries from Internal and external customers.
  • Reception duties, resolving guest queries and answering the telephone and online enquiries.
  • Processing site fee, holiday deposit and any other park service payments.
  • To provide support to the on-site contract cleaners, to ensure the cleanliness of the Holiday Home accommodation is to a high standard.
  • To ensure that each Holiday Home accommodation has been inspected, prior to guest arrival, according to Pure Leisure Group standard.
  • To ensure adequate bed linen and inventory packs are maintained at all times, and adhering to the Company Purchasing Policy for replacement stock.
  • Ensure accommodation keys for each section are properly safeguarded and always accounted for.
  • Create a guest focused culture within housekeeping.
  • Any other duty as directed by the Directors / Park Manger commensurate with your role.
