HEAD HOUSEKEEPER – SKYLARANNA RESORT & SPA

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our resort. This role is hands-on and supervisory, perfect for someone with strong attention to detail and leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or facilities maintenance (resort/hospitality experience preferred)
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and use of cleaning equipment (buffers, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Supervise, train, and coordinate housekeeping staff
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks, including floor care, buffing, and general facility upkeep
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleaning protocols
