WHAT WE DO:
We employ a regional management team of housing support officers and maintenance technicians who assist with Tenants’ needs and the management of assets. We also have a network of trusted sub-contractors.
We partner with care providers who provide specialist support to tenants depending on their assessed needs, including helping them to maintain their tenancies, pay their bills, improve their wellbeing, and learn to manage day-to-day activities more independently.

SUMMARY OF KPI TARGETS
JOB PURPOSE
The Head of Income at Myshon is responsible for the proactive management of tenant payments and the setting of rents and service charges for Supported Housing, PRS, Transitional Housing, Temporary Accommodation, Specialised Supported Housing, and all forms of tenure managed by Myshon.
This role ensures seamless liaison between the Income Team and Regional Housing Support teams, constantly improving services, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency and collection levels that meet stretch targets.
