Job Description Leads and manages the HR Business Partner team to achieve defined objectives and KPIs Designs, drives, and oversees strategic HR initiatives that strengthen business partnership and organizational impact Ensures HR governance, standards, and processes are in place and continuously improved Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field Over 7 years of proven experience in a manufacturing industry with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role such as Head of HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or equivalent Strong experience in managing Labor Union relations and negotiations High leadership skills with a strong focus on employee coaching, mentoring, and development Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Professional proficiency in English Language Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
