ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Head of HR Business Partnering, you’ll lead our HR Business Partner teams, ensuring strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, you’ll align HR initiatives with business goals to enhance organisational performance, culture, and employee engagement. You’ll be the driving force behind delivering the People Plan at the business level through Lead BPs and business-aligned HR teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership: Implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives and People Plan. Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters. Lead and mentor the HR Business Partner team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Talent Management: Implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies as per the People Plan to ensure the Company attracts and retains top talent. Implement effective succession planning and career development programs. Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and positive culture.
Performance Management: Develop and manage performance management processes to drive high performance and accountability. Support HR and leadership teams in addressing performance issues.
Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensure the Company is compliant with all employment laws and regulations. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support a fair and consistent approach to employee management.
Change Management: Lead HR initiatives related to organisational change, ensuring effective communication and implementation. Support leaders in managing change and minimising disruption to business operations. Develop strategies to enhance organisational agility and resilience.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement programs that promote equity and inclusion. Monitor progress and report on DEI metrics and outcomes.
HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilise HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans based on data insights.
