Description

Role Summary: This is a critical leadership role within our organisation and will be accountable for the delivery and management of the India-based HR delivery team. This will be made up of Business Partnering, Centre of Excellence and HR Shared Services delivery team which will be a critical component of the Service Delivery model of the KPMG Group People and Resourcing Domain. The role responsibilities include strategically driving both the operational and digital transformation required to support the delivery model ensuring operational effectiveness which strongly aligns with the Group priorities. You will demonstrate that you are a seasoned HR professional with deep functional and operational expertise, combined with the ability to drive strategic transformation across global domains. Identify opportunities for deployment of automation and agentic AI capabilities for process efficiency and service delivery transformation. Contribute to agentic process improvements initiatives as part of transformation efforts within People & Resources. . Strategic HR transformation & leadership •Partner with both UK and Swiss HR leaders and decision makers to understand business imperatives and articulate people priorities •Play an integral role on the HR leadership team, bringing credibility and strong partnership methods and contribute to overall business decisions •Responsible for the transition of work from UK/Switzerland to the delivery Centre's ensuring the right work is in the right place, driving optimization and transformation •Influence and challenge business decisions from a people perspective, ensuring alignment with company culture and long-term goals • • • • • • • •Team Building & Leadership •Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing HR delivery team in India •Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to team members •Oversee and actively participate in HR processes such as talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations
