We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR Department to join our team in Miskolc, Hungary. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives. Job Description Responsibilities include: You will define the local People Strategy, based on a divisional People Strategy and location needs. HR Business Partner Head for the location Miskolc. Responsible for driving and supporting Business Transformation and Organizational Development, Leadership and Cultural Change within Power Tools in Mc Coordinate and drive HR topics such as Org Design, Talent Management, Recruiting, Associate Relations, and Associate Turnover together with the HR Team at the location Collaborates closely with local leadership, respective regional corporate HR leads and PT Global HR Business Partners Leads and develops the maturity and competence of HR associates and teams Leverages HR digitalization and AI in location for improved HR efficiency Qualifications As a qualified Head of HR, you bring: A positive transformation mindset to the leadership team. A collaborative and adaptive mindset into discussions for enhancing the business through people. Openness, transparency, and collaboration for fostering a high performance culture. Profound knowledge of innovative HR instruments and practices and rich experience in different HR functions. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across hierarchies. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility paired with a clear focus on impact and implementation. Goal orientation and results driven attitude. Ideally experience in a large, international manufacturing organization. Solid knowledge of local labor and associate relations processes. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Business or other related business degree is required; Masters degree is preferred.
