OUR CLIENT IS A LOCAL LEADING PLAYER IN HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A HEAD OD HR TO BE PART OF THEIR HR TEAM TO ASSIST THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL-WEST - EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Roles and Responsibilities of HR of HR:

  • Lead and execute HR strategies to build a motivated, high-performing workforce for a new team.
  • Drive the planning and implementation of workforce build-up and deployment during the pre-operational phase.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads, and various stakeholders to deliver integrated and quality HR support.
  • Oversee all HR functions including:
  • Manpower planning and resourcing
  • Talent acquisition and development
  • Employee and industrial relations
  • Performance and rewards management
  • Talent management and succession planning
  • Leadership development and organizational design
  • Change management and staff retention strategies

Requirements:

  • Min Degree holder with postgraduate qualification in HR
  • Min 10 years of HR management experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management
