Coordinate the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers and recruiters. Support performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and internal communications. Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and company culture. Maintain and improve HR systems, tools, and data accuracy. Provide HR reporting and support management with workforce insights. Organize team events, trainings, and wellness initiatives. Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and day-to-day HR queries. 🎓 Requirements: 3+ years of experience in HR, in fintech, financial services, or tech environment. Strong knowledge of Latvian labor law and HR administration. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in English and Latvian (both written and spoken). Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset. Experience with HRIS tools or digital HR platforms.
