• Leading and developing the HR team with responsibility for task allocation, prioritization and active support in day-to-day operations.
• Independent consulting and support for managers and employees in all personnel management, organizational and labor law matters.
• Management and operational support of recruiting, personnel development, compensation, succession planning and demanding personnel measures
• Independent handling of employment law issues, including the preparation of works council hearings, warnings, agreements and statements.
• Independent development and negotiation of company agreements and framework company agreements with the works council until conclusion
• Application and implementation of the ERA collective agreement, in particular regarding job evaluations, classifications and coordination with the works council
• Analysis of HR key performance indicators and personnel budgets, as well as development and implementation of measures to increase quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Active design and optimization of HR processes as well as support for the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors and other digitalization projects in the HR area.

What you bring with you

• Several years of operational HR experience with responsibility for all HR work, as well as experience in the professional and disciplinary management of a team.
• Completed commercial training with further education, e.g., as a human resources specialist, or a degree in human resources, economics, or law.
• Sound and practically proven knowledge of employment law: You independently handle employment law matters and draft warnings, dismissals,
• Termination agreements and works council hearings themselves
• Demonstrable experience in the independent preparation and negotiation of company agreements and framework company agreements
• Sound knowledge of the ERA collective agreement as well as practical experience with job evaluations, classifications and cooperation with the works council
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors as well as in the introduction, further development and operational implementation of HR processes.
• Experience in recruiting, compensation, workforce planning and personnel administration
• Strong hands-on mentality: You take responsibility, get involved, consistently bring projects to a successful conclusion, and work closely with your team.
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented work style.
• Very good German and good English skills
