JOB DESCRIPTION

As Head of HR, you will lead the HR function across 2 business units, shaping and delivering a high-impact people strategy. This role is heavily operational with strategic elements, giving you the chance to make a real difference at all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Strategic HR Leadership - Develop and execute HR strategies that drive business growth and success.
✅ Talent & Succession Planning - Lead talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, and build a strong leadership pipeline.
✅ People Development - Identify training needs, oversee learning initiatives, and drive leadership development.
✅ Performance & Engagement - Work with senior leaders to enhance culture, engagement, and team effectiveness.
✅ Change & Organisation Design - Support business transformation with agile, people-focused solutions.
✅ HR Operations - Ensure the effective delivery of core HR processes, policies, and compliance across the business.
