JOB DESCRIPTION

The Regional Head of HR Operations ANZ is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the People Operations function across our Distribution Centres across ANZ in Perth, Sydney and Auckland. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business goals while enhancing employee experience and driving HR operational excellence. The individual will lead a team of People Operations professionals, including HRBPs, HR Advisors & Administrators to deliver seamless People business partnering and implement effective People programs.
This position reports directly to Sr. Director of People Operations International.
