HEAD OF HR OPERATIONS

Location: Worcester (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per year plus car allowance and discretionary bonus
We are looking for an experienced Head of HR Operations to lead a dedicated HR team for our Client. This role requires an experienced senior HR Leader who has demonstrable leadership experience and can navigate complex employee relations issues and TUPE processes. Experience of implementing a new HR system within a mid-large scale business would be advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
• Oversee complex ER issues
• Oversee TUPE transfer processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to align HR services with business objectives
• Supporting the Chief People Officer with the implementation of the People Strategy
• Providing effective insights and reporting to the CPO and working on key strategic projects as agreed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
• Oversee the administration of HR to payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of the employee compensation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
• Manage employee benefits programs, including open enrolment, supplier relationships, and employee enquiries
• Oversee the maintenance and utilisation of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and security
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conducting investigations as necessary
• Working collaboratively across the group
