We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Professional (Executive level) with a strong background in the Catering and Facility Management industry. The ideal person will oversee all HR functions, ensuring efficient workforce management across multiple client locations while driving employee engagement, legal compliance, talent development, and organizational growth. This role requires hands-on experience managing large multicultural workforces, particularly blue-collar employees, in a fast-paced service environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Required Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP/SCP, or HRCI are an advantage.
• 10 15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience within Catering, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Support Services companies.
• Experience managing large multicultural and blue-collar workforces (2000 + employees preferred).
• Experience supporting multiple operational sites and client contracts.
