JOB TITLE: HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES (ARABI FEMALE)

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of HR to lead the human capital function of a prominent holding company based in Abu Dhabi, with investments across strategic sectors including real estate, energy, technology, and specialized services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the full HR agenda — from organizational development, talent acquisition, and leadership development to HR compliance and cultural transformation — ensuring alignment with the group’s investment vision and long-term growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a holding company or investment group.
  • It is important to be an Arab woman.
  • Proven experience managing HR across diversified sectors (e.g. real estate, energy, services, technology).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR with business objectives and investment direction.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
