Our client is a not-for-profit organisation seeking a solution-focused HR professional with a passion for delivering exceptional, first-class HR services. In this role, you will provide HR leadership and ensure the delivery of an effective, values-led HR service. As a member of the organisation’s Business Planning Group, the Head of HR will lead the operational HR, Training, and Health & Safety functions, ensuring a customer-focused, professional service that meets the business plan, policy, and legislative requirements.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative and values-driven HR professional with strong leadership skills and a supportive, consultative approach. You will be skilled at leading a loyal and hardworking team, nurturing their development while fostering a positive, collaborative environment. With exceptional knowledge of employment law and its practical application, you will also have experience designing and delivering a range of initiatives across L&D, wellbeing, reward & recognition, and career development. The role will involve managing a small HR, Training, and H&S team and reporting to an experienced, people-focused Director of Operations.
