About the position The Head of HR works closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a reliable people infrastructure that supports Spinomenal’s growth. This role supports managers in building strong teams, ensures consistent and effective HR processes, and provides clear HR perspective aligned with company needs. The Head of HR partners with leaders across the organization to translate business priorities into hiring plans and people practices. HR at Spinomenal is focused on enabling managers and teams to succeed, building trust across the organization, and ensuring clear, consistent people practices. About the team null Responsibilities 1. Lead the HR Function Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring clear ownership and high standards across recruitment, operations, and employee support. Build simple, reliable HR processes that drive consistency and execution. 2. Workforce Planning & Recruitment Translate company goals into structured hiring plans with leadership. Ensure hiring quality, timing, and alignment with team needs. 3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Own core HR processes across onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems, policies, and documentation. 4. Manager Support & Employee Relations Support managers in hiring, performance management, and team development. Provide guidance in complex situations while maintaining clear ownership with managers. Maintain direct and trusted communication across the organization. 5. Culture, Development & Organizational Support Reinforce company values and professional standards. Support leadership development and organizational structure as the company grows. Use feedback and insights to improve employee experience where needed. 6. Compensation, Data & Compliance Support compensation and performance frameworks. Use data to support decisions and identify gaps. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Requirements -7+ years of experience in HR, including managing an HR team. -Experience working closely with a CEO or senior leadership. -Strong background in recruitment, workforce planning, and HR operations. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across the organization. -High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. -Fluent in English.
