REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices in regulated industries and exposure to GMP or ISO environments
  • Proven ability to scale HR functions in growth-stage or multinational companies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Hands-on, agile, and solutions-oriented mindsetStrong communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Lead talent acquisition for critical functions including R&D, regulatory, sales, operations, and corporate roles
  • Oversee performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Manage C&B frameworks including benchmarking, payroll governance, and incentive programs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a purpose-driven and inclusive culture
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and industry standards
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people-related matters
