Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Human Resources, based at our Enfield Centre.
We are looking for a subject expert who can lead, inspire and motivate our hard-working HR Team in delivering a robust and professional HR services. The role holder will work alongside the leadership team to shape the people agenda to drive employer engagement and support the achievement of our ambitious goals. The role holder will help educate our managers on good people management.
The ideal person will take initiative in the continued development of our people proposition, whilst managing the HR systems and services to ensure smooth operations. Having grown significantly in the last 10 years, there is scope to shape the future of the HR service and positively impact the working lives of our staff.
The successful candidate will be a professionally qualified HR practitioner having perhaps already been the Head of an HR team and with the potential and ambition to grow within the role towards a director position. They will have an understanding of the processes needed to make an HR department effective. Knowledge of employment law is a must, and experience of education would be useful but not essential.
