With an established Regional and International presence, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR leader to build on a well-established HR function and support the next stage of its growth. This role will be responsible for leading the people agenda across employee relations, talent management, learning and development, organisational effectiveness, and HR operations, while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement.

More Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership on talent management, organisational development, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR operations, policies, processes, and service delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, employment legislation, and workplace best practice.
• Lead talent and succession planning, performance management, and career development programmes.
• Develop and retain high-potential talent through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee learning and development programmes that support both business needs and employee growth.
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture that promotes engagement, accountability, and professional development.
