Shape the people agenda for our German organization and our production site in Eppelheim.

At Capri-Sun, we are looking for an experienced HR leader to shape the People agenda for Germany and our production site in Eppelheim. In this role, you will combine strategic partnership with visible, hands-on leadership and contribute to building a safe, competent, inclusive, and high-performing organization.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and be responsible for the People agenda for Germany, with a strong focus on our largest production site in Eppelheim. As a member of the Eppelheim Site Leadership Team and the Global HR Leadership Team, you will lead the German HR team in the areas of HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, and Payroll. Together with the company and site leadership teams, the Works Council, and the global HR teams, you will translate the strategy into concrete plans for personnel, talent, leadership, and transformation.

YOUR TASKS

  • You translate the priorities of the company, the location, and the global HR function into a clear people and organization agenda for Germany.
  • You advise executives and provide constructive input for decisions regarding personnel, organization, talent and transformation.
  • You are responsible for personnel planning, recruiting, succession planning and skills development for production and support functions.
  • You will build a constructive collaboration with the works council and conduct consultations, negotiations, and handle complex labor law issues.
  • You strengthen organizational design, leadership skills, performance, engagement, and an inclusive culture.
  • You will shape the personnel side of transformation, automation and new technologies, ensuring effective communication, skills development and acceptance.
  • You ensure correct and legally compliant payroll accounting as well as reliable HR processes, while simultaneously driving simplification and digitalization.
  • You will lead and develop the German HR team and actively contribute to global HR priorities and initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Extensive HR leadership experience in Germany, ideally in manufacturing, production or a comparable operational environment.
  • Sound expertise in German labor law, in cooperation with works councils and in dealing with complex employee matters.
  • Experience in translating business strategies into concrete personnel, organizational, talent, and change plans.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams, as well as in successfully working in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong entrepreneurial judgment and confidence in handling personnel and operational data in order to set priorities and make decisions.
  • A strategic yet practical, visible and inclusive leadership style, as well as the ability to constructively question and guide people through change.
  • A relevant university degree or comparable professional qualification, as well as fluent German skills and negotiation-level English.
