ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or has equivalent professional experience.
  • Has a proven track record of driving HR strategy and transformation in complex organisations.
  • Has a passion for healthcare, technology and innovation, and the ability to align people initiatives with organisational goals and business outcomes
Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR function strategically, ensuring alignment with eHealth NSW’s priorities and driving transformation initiatives to enhance practices, systems and workforce capability.
  • Oversee HR service delivery and complex workforce matters, acting as the escalation point for cases and ensuring risk-aware, customer-focused and compliant outcomes.
  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to leaders, aligning workforce solutions with organisational maturity, performance expectations and strategic goals.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, leading consultations, resolving complex issues in the best interest of the organisation
