JOB OVERVIEW:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of HR will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing human capital strategy, organisational design, and all HR operations. This role is pivotal in aligning workforce capabilities with business objectives, building a high-performing culture, and ensuring operational excellence in people management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior HR management , including proven experience leading regional HR operations or overseeing multi-country HR functions.
• In-depth understanding of employment laws, compensation practices, and HR trends
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities
• Experience in wholesale, supply chain, or retail sectors is advantageous
