Your tasks:

  • Management and further development of the Human Resources Management Center with currently nine employees, as well as ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Responsibility for the further development of the HR Business Partner model and its sustainable anchoring in the organization.
  • Management of the areas of recruiting, talent acquisition and personnel administration.
  • Active development of the digital HR landscape through process optimization, automation and employee self-services.
  • Ensuring efficient, service-oriented and future-proof personnel management.
  • Analysis, optimization and standardization of HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Overall responsibility for the center in terms of professional, personnel, organizational and economic matters.
  • Promoting the professional and personal development of employees and establishing a modern leadership culture.
  • Close collaboration with our managers and internal interfaces.

You bring the following:

  • Completed studies in economics, law or social sciences, psychology with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of management experience with budget and personnel responsibility.
  • Solid experience in the introduction, further development or management of HR business partner models or comparable experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and ideally also of collective bargaining law.
  • Experience in change management as well as in the digitalization and optimization of HR processes.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Decisiveness, strong implementation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High communication skills and the ability to incorporate different perspectives and win people over to change.
