YOUR MISSION

• Build and lead our People & Culture function, developing structured and efficient HR processes.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive and appreciative company culture that promotes high performance and well-being.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, providing guidance on all people-related topics.
• Design and implement a talent strategy that supports our company’s growth, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Enhance employee experience, including performance management, feedback culture, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment policies, compensation & benefits, and other HR operations.
• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Implement scalable HR tools & processes, including automation and HR software (experience with Personio is a plus).

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
• Ability to build Human Resources from the ground up, implementing best practices in talent acquisition, culture, and people development - we are looking for someone who is not just taking an analytical approach to P&C but can connect with employees on a personal level, to shape our People & Culture team.
• Strong leadership & coaching skills, with a passion for empowering employees and fostering career growth.
• Deep understanding of modern HR strategies, including DEI, remote work culture, and employee well-being.
• Hands-on & strategic mindset—you can think big while executing with agility.
• Expertise in labor law, compliance, and employment regulations in Germany (or ability to navigate legal requirements).
• Fluent in German and Englisch (Business)
