Connecting with all functions within HR at global and regional level, define, lead, and implement the People strategy for AXA XL's Swiss location Act as a strategic partner to the Swiss direct insurance team (as part of the Swiss Leadership Team), the local reinsurance operations, and all Swiss-based global functions, fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing work environment that aligns with AXA’s core values Enhance employee engagement by promoting a positive workplace culture, supporting talent attraction, retention, and well-being Provide expert advice, coaching, and guidance on all HR-related matters to the entire organization in Switzerland Assume responsibility for regulatory compliance related to HR and the relevant operating model Collaborate with the CFO on planning and managing people-related operating costs, including compensation, benefits, and other personnel expenses Serve as an HR Business Partner for a segment of the Swiss workforce within a dynamic international matrix organization, as part of the APAC & Europe HR community Oversee the Swiss HR operations, including managing the HR Manager and HR Advisor, and monitor the team’s budget You will report to the Country Manager in Switzerland and second line to the CHRO APAC & Europe.
