We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to help us grow our product to hundreds of banks. We’re bringing a new perspective to the decades-old financial world, and we’re hoping you can help us do that!
We’re looking for a Head of Implementation to own and scale our customer onboarding function, ensuring every client launch is fast, seamless, and sets the stage for long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Own the implementation function at Glide from kickoff through go-live for all new clients.
  • Build the team: Hire, train and coach a team of implementation managers as we rapidly scale.
  • Create scalable processes: design playbooks, templates, and best practices to standardize delivery across all clients.
  • Proactively identify risks or delays—escalate and resolve issues creatively and effectively.
  • Measure and optimize metrics like implementation duration, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned priorities.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate—anticipate their needs, resolve questions preemptively, and drive satisfaction.
