We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our team as Director Head of Implementation (m/f/d) within Global Services for Amundi Technology Wealth/aixigo AG.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage our Implementation Team, organized around 5 Chapters (Project Management, Business Analyst, Architects, Developer, Quality Assurance). The overall team size is +60 employees across locations in Germany & France. Your focus will be on managing and developing our workforce, delivering high-quality implementation services, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to our company’s growth and profitability.
