We are looking for a Head of Incentive Compensation who is intellectually curious, self-driven, and adaptable to join our Ecosystems Operations team, based in our Atlanta, Georgia office in the United States. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 40% on site presence.

Minimum Education, Qualifications, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Economics, Communication Management, Business Administration, Biology, or relevant STEM degree
  • 10+ years of general business experience, with 5+ years of incentive compensation experience
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • 3+ years of experience with engaging in strategic discussions around business decisions related to IC with leadership and in making leadership presentations
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint skill

Preferred Education, Qualifications, Skills

  • Master’s degree or higher in finance, business, or engineering or any of relevant discipline such as Business technology, Information management, Business analytics, Operations management, or MBA
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical incentive compensation experience with rare disease or oncology portfolios
  • Experience with data modelling and advanced analytic
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head of Incentive Compensation leads a team of IC Business Partners who are in charge of the development and implementation of incentive programs for all UCB customer facing teams. The Head of Incentive Compensation is responsible for the definition of IC strategies, and accountable for the appropriate execution of incentive plans by the team.
You will be responsible for the administration, analysis, reporting, change management, and governance of all Incentive Compensation programs for US field teams (commercial, medical, corporate teams included). This includes the management of the plans, management of the vendor who provides the execution of the plans, contests, plan modelling and performance analysis, development and implementation of processes and tools, and communication with the appropriate stakeholders.

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000 - $194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
