Role: Head of Industrial Logistics Projects This strategic leadership role is ideal for a seasoned logistics professional ready to drive transformation across Indonesia's industrial supply chains. You'll lead high-impact projects, optimize operations, and build commercial partnerships that deliver measurable results. What You'll Do Lead business development initiatives to expand our industrial logistics footprint Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery Drive cost leadership through process optimization and financial discipline Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on innovation and collaboration Engage with clients, suppliers, and regulators to ensure compliance and satisfaction Negotiate and finalize strategic partnership agreements What Success Looks Like Revenue growth from new and existing clients Reduced logistics costs as a percentage of revenue High employee engagement and retention On-time, on-budget delivery of logistics projects Operational efficiency through digital and process innovation What You Bring At least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including 3+ years in leadership Bachelors' degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Strong commercial acumen and business development expertise Proven track record in operational excellence and cost management Deep understanding of industrial project logistics and regulatory frameworks Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
