This isn’t a role about managing a program; it’s about building one from the ground up. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to own and scale our influencer channel, transforming it from a side project into a core pillar of our user acquisition strategy. As the Head of Influencer, you will be the single point of accountability for this channel, defining the strategy, managing the budget, and driving profitable user growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Channel: Take full, independent ownership of the influencer channel. This includes managing existing agency partnerships while also building new, direct-to-creator collaborations.
  • Drive Strategic Impact: Go beyond surface-level metrics. You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on campaign performance with a focus on business KPIs like conversion rates, user LTV, and direct revenue contribution.
  • Build the Network: Systematically scout, onboard, and manage a diverse network of influential creators, from established stars to rising micro-influencers.
  • Optimize & Grow the Budget: Take charge of a significant monthly budget, implementing robust, data-driven processes for outreach, contracting, and campaign optimization to ensure a strong return on investment.
  • Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with the Head of Growth and other internal teams to align your strategy with broader business goals, serving as the expert voice on all things influencer marketing.
