What you’ll be doing

• Lead and manage a UK-based IT team of 4
• Set IT direction, standards, and best practice across multiple UK and European locations
• Improve infrastructure performance across the group, including office Wi-Fi, device setup, and overall operational reliability
• Oversee core Microsoft and cloud infrastructure, including Entra ID / Azure AD and Azure environments
• Work across a mixed estate that includes AWS-hosted services, SAP, on-prem servers, and smaller regional data centre setups
• Build a more joined-up IT and security strategy across regions
• Help move the business toward stronger security standards, including Cyber Essentials Plus readiness
• Support senior stakeholders and be comfortable dealing with urgent operational issues when they arise
