  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead a major ERP implementation from strategy and vendor management through to deployment, optimisation and user adoption
  • Develop and execute the organisation's technology roadmap aligned to business objectives
  • Oversee enterprise architecture, integrations and data platforms across ERP, CRM, project management and operational systems
  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth through strong data governance and master data management
  • Drive digital platform initiatives, including customer-facing systems, PIM, DAM and portal technologies
  • Support engineering and manufacturing operations through effective management of production systems, CAD environments and machine connectivity
  • Lead infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity and end-user technology services
  • Develop security and compliance frameworks aligned with Defence and regulated industry requirements
  • Evaluate and implement AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, managed service providers and future team growth
  • Provide strategic technology leadership and executive-level reporting
