1. Shape IT Strategy Around Business Growth

·       Develop and execute the IT strategy and technology roadmap in line with Progressive Insurance Bhd's business priorities and transformation agenda.

1. Modernise Core Insurance Technology

·       Lead the enhancement and modernisation of core insurance systems supporting underwriting, policy administration, claims, finance and other critical business processes.

1. Ensure Reliable, Secure & Resilient IT Operations

·       Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud environments and end-user technology to maintain reliable business operations.
