Key Responsibilities

• AI & Digital Transformation (25%)Develop and implement a company-wide AI strategy.
• Identify and deliver practical applications of AI, intelligent automation and AI agents.
• Drive adoption and demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity and commercial performance.

• Data Architecture & Business Systems (25%)Establish scalable data and systems architecture across our international operations.
• Lead the assessment, evaluation, selection and implementation of suitable ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Improve integration between marketplaces, finance, inventory, purchasing, logistics and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with the BI team on data architecture, governance and AI readiness.

• Cybersecurity & Governance (25%)Establish cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection and technology risk management frameworks.
• Introduce appropriate security controls, access management, disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements.
• Ensure AI and technology adoption is secure, controlled and compliant.

• IT Operations & Processes (25%)Introduce structured IT processes, SOPs, change management and service standards (15%)
• Establish reliable infrastructure, hardware management, preventative maintenance and technical

• Manage technology suppliers, budgets and service performance (5%)

• Leadership & Strategy Build, recruit and lead a dedicated IT and technology team.
• Develop a technology roadmap aligned with the company's growth ambitions.
• Lead technology projects from business case through implementation and adoption.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure technology delivers measurable business value.
