• The technical remit covers:Zero trust architecture: shaping secure access across identity, devices and networks, and guiding implementation.
• Networking: enterprise connectivity, network security, segmentation and resilience.
• Telephony: enterprise voice, unified communications and contact centre services, including modernisation and service continuity.
• Infrastructure: cloud and hybrid environments, hosting, backup, disaster recovery and lifecycle management.
• Cyber: technology risk, security controls, incident readiness and supplier assurance.
