Description

What you’ll be doing:Lead and develop a team of 6 across infrastructure and service support
Own the IT roadmap, working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider business
Drive automation across onboarding, access management, device provisioning and IT service processes
Improve the use of Microsoft technologies including Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Windows Autopilot
Introduce better IT governance, self-service and scalable processes while supporting the team technically when needed
