The Role

Lead technology strategy, governance, and service delivery across the organisation. You'll develop clear technology roadmaps, provide trusted advice to the Executive Team, and ensure technology decisions deliver measurable value. This is a senior leadership role where you will provide strategic leadership and hands on delivery. You will need to be equally comfortable in setting roadmaps and rolling up your sleeves.

• Leadership & Strategy ExperienceSenior IT leadership (IT Director, Head of IT, Technology Director, or CIO level)
• Proven ability to develop technology strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks, and investment plans
• Experience leading technology transformation programmes and operational improvement initiatives
• Established track record operating at Executive or Board level, influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness: budget management, contract oversight, supplier performance management
