As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Network Services to lead our infrastructure and network services division. This is a critical leadership role that will shape and deliver high-value solutions for our diverse clientele across industries.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in network infrastructure and security.
• Proven leadership in roles such as Technical Lead, or Team Lead .
• diploma or higher in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Professional certifications preferred:
• Fortinet Certified Professional (FortiGate, FortiClient EMS)
• Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP)
• Avaya Implementation Specialist
• Palo Alto / Checkpoint Firewall certifications
• Knowledge with a wide range of technologies: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Avaya, Ruckus, Aruba, HPE, Mellanox, Juniper, Ubiquiti, Checkpoint, etc.
• Strong project portfolio including experience with large organisations or government agencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will oversee infrastructure and network-related projects , provide technical leadership, and ensure excellence in solution design, implementation, and post-sales support. The role requires deep expertise in network security, firewall management, and infrastructure architecture , combined with proven experience in client-facing project management .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, design, and deployment of network infrastructure and IT services for clients.
• Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring best practices in architecture, patching, upgrading, and maintenance.
• Building a team of engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points.
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers , managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring project success.
• Deliver post-sales support, troubleshooting, and day-2 operations management.
• L2/L3 support
• Ensure compliance with security standards and high service availability.
