About the role: At myPOS, the Head of Inside Sales oversees the inside sales/sales support teams to ensure strong conversion performance, effective sales processes, and consistent customer engagement. This role is results-driven, with responsibility for daily operations, team leadership, sales optimization, and workflow improvements. What you’ll do: Sales Leadership & Planning Build a centralized, multi-lingual Inside sales team, develop and implement inside sales strategies aligned with sales targets Full P&L ownership of end-to-end results of inside sales activity Define KPIs, performance expectations, and productivity benchmarks Lead forecasting, pipeline visibility, and structured performance reviews Operational Management Oversee day-to-day inside sales operations to ensure consistent call quality and process adherence Manage inbound/outbound calling workflows, follow-up routines, and CRM-driven activities Implement standardized scripts, call flows, and quality frameworks Drive operational improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience Key point of contact and owner of external call center partners Inside Sales & Sales Support Oversight Manage inside sales and sales support activities, including lead follow-up (post-inbound), quote preparation, and supporting the sales cycle Ensure timely, accurate CRM updates and structured pipeline support Improve communication templates, call guidelines, and follow-up processes to enhance sales consistency Monitor performance of inside sales/sales support teams and implement improvements where needed Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop managers, team leaders, and telesales/inside sales agents Implement structured coaching, training, and capability-building programs Promote a results-oriented, accountable, and collaborative team culture Performance Optimization & Reporting Analyze call productivity, and overall sales performance Refine sales practices Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure alignment in messaging, processes, and performance goals Deliver regular performance insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership This role is perfect for you if you have: 5+ years of experience leading telesales or inside sales teams, with a track record of improving sales performance and achieving targets Previous experience with sales transformation projects would be considered a strong advantage Strong understanding of telesales/inside sales techniques, call quality frameworks, CRM workflows, and high-volume call operations Experience with dialer systems, call analytics, or sales enablement tools Background in structured B2C or B2B sales environments Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills Results-driven leadership style with strong communication, coaching, and team development capabilities Process-oriented mindset with high operational discipline and attention to detail Effective collaborator able to work cross-functionally Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Management, or a related field.
