We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Institute to lead and oversee all academic, administrative, and strategic functions of our education institute. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leadership in higher education, academic excellence, and institutional development.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Demonstrated success in leading educational institutions or academic departments at a senior level.
• In-depth knowledge of academic governance, curriculum standards, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale institutional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the education industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or institutional head role.

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the institute’s academic and operational functions.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs and policies.
• Lead and mentor faculty and administrative staff to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements at local and international levels.
• Drive institutional growth through strategic partnerships, student enrollment initiatives, and program expansion.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the institute’s goals.
• Represent the institute in academic forums, government bodies, and industry events to enhance visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with the board of directors and senior management to align institutional objectives with long-term vision.
