Description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Institute to lead and oversee all academic, administrative, and strategic functions of our education institute. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leadership in higher education, academic excellence, and institutional development.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Demonstrated success in leading educational institutions or academic departments at a senior level.
  • In-depth knowledge of academic governance, curriculum standards, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale institutional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the education industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or institutional head role.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
