Bring market-leading products to life via a series of launches and enhancements, translating features into compelling benefits across all channels. End-to-End Marketing Management: Own the entire marketing process from end-to-end, including strategic planning, meticulous budget management, rigorous ROI tracking, and seamless execution across all paid, earned, and owned media channels. High-Performance Team Leadership: Empower, and inspire a world-class DEATCH integrated marketing team, directly leading and mentoring talent. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the wider marketing squads (including Brand, CRM, partnerships, media) and beyond marketing with sales, product, measurement, legal, and more. Data-Driven Impact: Use advanced analytics and consumer market intelligence to optimise ROI and inform critical business decisions. Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 12+ years marketing experience, with time spent in a senior strategic role focused on DE or DEATCH consumer market growth Proven expertise in defining and executing market-leading integrated consumer marketing strategies that drive significant commercial impact Exceptional strategic thinking, translating market dynamics into clear, actionable plans. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across global and diverse functional teams Strong background in the payments industry is a plus Inspirational leader with a proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent Outstanding communication and influencing skills Bachelor and/or equivalent work experience required German native speaker or native level is a prerequisite Fluent Business English is a prerequisite
