We’re Trivia Untapped, a creative entertainment company disguised as a trivia company. Our shows help venues grow loyal audiences, boost off-peak revenue, and build brand love — and we’re a fast-moving startup scaling nationwide.
Behind every great trivia night is a mountain of systems: sales outreach, onboarding, marketing, payroll, training, scheduling, communication — all powered by an ever-growing tech stack. That stack needs to be clean, connected, and intelligent.
That’s where you come in.
The Role
We’re looking for a Tech Integration & Automation Lead — a curious, system-savvy professional who can manage our platform stack, create automations, train our team, and help scale our infrastructure efficiently.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Audit and map out how all our tools connect
  • Build automations, triggers, and workflows (primarily via Zapier or native tools)
  • Train team members on how to use tools in plain language
  • Create basic SOPs, explainer docs, or videos to support user adoption
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, HR, and marketing to improve internal processes
  • Recommend and implement better tools when needed

Our Current Tech Stack
You don’t need to be a master of every platform — but you should be familiar with many and comfortable picking up new ones fast. You’ll be expected to manage, connect, and improve how these tools are used:

PAYROLL & HR:

  • Gusto
    Compensation
    This is a 1099 contractor role with rev share + bonus-based compensation.

You’ll receive:

  • 0.25% of net company profits (monthly)
  • $0.25 per show produced (show bonus)
  • Bonuses based on project scope, turnaround time, and automation impact

We are a financially transparent company — you’ll always know how your compensation is generated.
As a fast-moving startup scaling nationwide, we’re targeting 84 new clients per month — and your systems will directly impact how fast and successfully we grow. This role can realistically earn $5,000–$10,000/month+ within 120 days.
