ABOUT THE ROLE

Team - Internal Audit
Working Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in either the Vitality London or Bournemouth offices. Full time hours.

TOP 3 SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Deep understanding and expertise in providing audit assurance on IT infrastructure (covering applications, databases, and network) and technologies (covering artificial intelligence, cloud computing and micro services). Assessing and identifying vulnerabilities and opportunities to strengthen controls.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing digital innovation and data analytics across audit practices to increase audit coverage, enhance productivity and generate value.
• Ability to communicate technical and complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive management and other stakeholders.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT:

Group Internal Audit’s purpose is to strengthen Vitality’s ability to create, protect, and sustain value, by providing objective assurance, advice and insight. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in delivering the audit strategy, managing advisory and assurance engagements and working closely with management to deliver impactful audit reports, that contribute to control and process improvements. You will be a positive disruptor, owning the transformation of audit practices and services through the extensive use of data analytics, smart use of artificial intelligence and implementation of audit tools.
