Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits you will be responsible for building and managing the international benefits function as an individual contributor.
You will design and implement international benefits programs including pensions, health plans, income protection and time off policies to ensure that programs are compliant with local law and aligned to the market, allowing Remitly to attract and retain great people. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days a week) based in our London office.
